Lisa Clampitt is the CEO of Lisa Clampitt Matchmaking. With 25 years in elite matchmaking, she is known for her grace, humor, no judgment, and never-stop work ethic. Lisa is the Founder of The Global Love Institute, a professional matchmaker association and certifying organization, with 5,000 collaborators worldwide. She organizes matchmaker conferences (LoveCon) annually in New York, London and Singapore.

As a Master Executive Certified Matchmaker and Coach, and licensed master social worker, Lisa uses her training to empathically listen to and truly understand her client’s relationship goals. Lisa is the Resident Relationship Expert at The Core Club (an exclusive members-only social club in Manhattan), a collaborator with the YPO singles group, and a book author with extensive media recognition including 20/20, CNN, Time Magazine and New York Times. She holds an MSW degree from University of Michigan and a B.A. degree from New York University.

Ashley

Ashley is the Vice President of Lisa Clampitt Matchmaking. Having spent over 10 years at the company and leveraging her expertise as a certified matchmaker and coach, she is known for her unique blend of candor, hustle, a keen eye for high-quality matches, and strong gut instincts. Ashley has introduced countless happy couples and coached even more into finding their person. An intuitive and naturally curious person, matchmaking is second nature to her. Her down to earth nature and lighthearted demeanor are the core ingredients to making the working experience both fun and effective.

Ashley is a highly respected professional throughout the industry, which expands her access and ability to make collaborative matches across the globe. Perhaps Ashley’s most compelling characteristic is her sense of urgency and commitment to excellence. When she’s not matchmaking, Ashley enjoys cooking, weightlifting, improv comedy, and dance parties with her husband and two children.

Beth

Beth is a seasoned matchmaker and certified date coach with over 15 years of experience at Lisa Clampitt Matchmaking. Known for her impressive track record of successful long-term relationships, marriages, and babies, her commitment to truly understanding her clients’ backgrounds, goals, and values has earned her a reputation for making the perfect match “on the first try.” With a nurturing and calming approach, Beth supports clients every step of the way, ensuring they feel understood and cared for throughout their matchmaking journey.

As a native New Yorker, she has a unique insight into the city’s dynamic dating scene, especially within the Jewish community. Beth holds a degree in philosophy, politics and law, as well as a Master’s degree in marketing and management. As a former executive for L’Oreal, she is a skilled professional with an eye for matching smart, magnetic individuals. Outside of matchmaking, Beth enjoys reading, painting, yoga and belting out Doris Day songs at karaoke with her family in New York.

Morgan

Morgan is a passionate certified matchmaker and date coach with over five years of experience in NYC’s dynamic dating scene. With a decade of living in the city and expertise in science-based relationship principles, she curates meaningful connections tailored to her clients’ unique desires and goals.

A true cheerleader for her clients, Morgan stays ahead of dating trends, ensuring her approach is fresh and informed. Based in New York City, she blends her local insight with creativity to offer a personalized, high-quality matchmaking experience.

Nicole

Nicole a highly experienced certified matchmaker and coach with over a decade of expertise in facilitating meaningful connections. Renowned as a creator of lasting love stories, she specializes in helping accomplished professionals find enduring romance. With a keen intuition for compatibility and a deep understanding of human relationships, Nicole has earned a reputation as a trusted advisor in matters of the heart. Cayley is our Director of Recruitment with a proven track record for finding exceptional matches for our clients. Her career began in high-end hospitality, where she grew a deep appreciation for the nuances of human connection and the profound impact of thoughtful attention to individual needs. This foundation ultimately led her to discover a calling in matchmaking, where she could combine her fascination with the complexities of human behavior and her passion for cultivating healthy, lasting relationships. During her time working at the nation’s largest matchmaking company, she refined her skills as a matchmaker and coach, launched the partnerships division, organized exclusive events, and sourced top-tier candidates for VIP clients.

Now a key member of the Lisa Clampitt Matchmaking team, she is dedicated to innovating new ways to source the right matches for our clients and elevate the overall client journey. Over the past four years, her network of exceptional singles has expanded organically through her Cornell alumni connections and referrals from influential global leaders. When she’s not matchmaking, you can find her running her bespoke dessert business, Cayk, listening to emerging musical artists, or tasting the most obscure cocktail on the menu.
